A few weeks ago Nathan asked me if we had an ice cream machine. I gave a little laugh and told him no, then realized we do have an ice cream maker. We got it for a wedding present and it has never used it in the eight years we have been married, boy was that a mistake! Thankfully we have been making up for it, making three batches just last week! Nathan thinks its great and I think he enjoys making it as much as he likes eating it!
