Logan and I are adjusting this week to it being just us as at home all day as Nathan has started school. Cherishing some one on one time with the littlest member of the Z crew.

Local celebrity

Nathan was interviewed by the Iowa Falls paper at the pool recently and was amazed to find out he was on the front cover. We went to the gas station to get a copy, where he very proudly showed everyone there that his picture was on it.

Nate and mommy's day at Adventure Land

Nathan and I spent a wonderful day at Adventureland Park. The whole car ride he talked about wanting to ride the Tornado roller coaster (his friend had told him about it). He was all pumped for the ride but after we went down the first steep hill I think he started to change his mind. He was pretty terrified and said he never wanted to ride it again. Later on that day I was shocked when he told me that it was his favorite ride. Still, when I asked him if he wanted to ride it again he said no. So I was shocked when he wanted it to be his last ride before we left, but he loved it!!!! His other favorites were the falling star, the scrambler, and the underground. i let him get a corn dog as well, which apparently must have been great because he talked about it repeatedly:).
We had a wonderful day just the two of us, I will always cherish our special day!! He is growing up so fast!!
