Logan - 6 Months

Although it dosen't seem possible tomorrow Logan will be 6 months old. How can it be six months since we first got to hold our sweet little boy in our arms? Where has six months of kisses, cuddling, and rocking gone? Time flies so fast, making each day I have with my little boys so special and precious. I am so thankful for such rich blessings. Logan has quickly become such a little man, he loves to giggle and reach for anything he can possibly get his hands on. He especially enjoys planning with Nathan- Logan will grab his hair, ears, clothes, or anything he can reach and then they both just giggle, it pretty irresistable to not join in giggling as well. Logan also is sitting up on his own now and seems thrilled to join the world from a verticle view. He is getting his fourth tooth in on the bottom and has four coming in on top. He has been quite a trooper and they don't seem to bother too much.

Happy 4th of July - 2011

4th of July

Over the 4th of July Nathan participated in his 1st Turtle Race. He was pretty enthused about being able to hold his turtle and see it up close. Daddy being the turtle race veteran that he is helped Nathan get set for the race. He was very excited His turtle won the slow poke award! So he got a ribbon and a free ice cream cone at Frosty's.

Zoo

We tackled the Zoo with Grandma Zoske, Great Grandma Johnson, Erin, Cate, Ben and Maggie. Nathan was very excited to spend some time with his cousins and enjoyed seeing all the animals. Even with all the animals Nathan's favorite was getting his face painted. He couldn't stop looking in the mirror in amazement at who was peering back at him. He also loved seeing the T-Rex at the dinosaur exhibit. He kept saying "Wow!" over and over again.

Milestone: Logan's 1st Haircut

July 18, 2011
5 Months
I have been putting off cutting Logan's hair for some time now hoping to somehow perserve some of his newborn qualities. But as you can see from the above picture today I was left with no choice as it was hanging over his eyes. Barber I am not, but I did feel obligated to help the poor guy see so I gave his bangs a trim.
