Logan 9 weeks

On Thursday Logan was nine weeks and he just keeps getting sweeter! At his two month check up Thursday he was 14 pounds 13 ounces... wowza!!! What a big boy! He continues to coo and smile and melt my heart each time. We thank the Lord for such a precious gift!

7 weeks

Logan is now frequently smiling at us and cooing. Mom isn't quite fast enough to catch his smile with the camera yet, but it is exciting and rewarding to have him begin to communicate with us.

Logan smiled at Mommy today!! What a sweet and precious site! Logan than gave big brother a big toothless grin as well! Hopefully we will capture it on camera soon!

Super Nate!

For Christmas I made Nathan a cape for all his super hero/knight dramatic play. One day this winter in effort to keep him from jumping off the bed to "fly" like a super hero I told him when all the snow melts he would be able to jump off the deck to "fly". Since then he has been monitoring the snow melt for the day he could jump off the deck (it's funny how kids pick up on one little piece of your conversation and hang on to them). Anyway last week it was finally warm enough to play outside for a little while and that was just what Nathan wanted to do.

Bowling

Nathan and I ventured to the local bowling alley while we were in Minnesota. It was during the day so it was just us and a 70 years+ bowling leauge. You can imagine how much attention Nathan & Logan got from both the older women and men. Nathan enjoyed playing and thankfully for Mommy Logan slept the entire time.
